Frequently Asked Questions

What is your photographic style?
My wedding photography style is a bit photojournalistic and a lot bit lifestyle. Lifestyle is unposed. I'll direct rather than the typical rigid posing. In my 10 years of photographing weddings, I've found this to be the most consistent way of capturing those natural smiles and in-between moments.

Would you describe your working style?
Chill. Weddings are stressful enough for many couples. I'll work and communicate with you before your wedding day to make sure I'm aware of what and who is important to you so that you can feel that much more at ease on your day. I'll get the shot, you relax and enjoy the day. It's going to fly by, trust me.

Can I give you a list of shots I want for my wedding?
Totally! I always send out a questionnaire prior to your wedding day for you to go over and think through your formal photo shot list. Some couples prefer an extensive list, some don't. I'm down with whatever, it's your wedding day!

How many photos should we expect?
Every wedding consisting of 6 hours of coverage and up will receive a minimum of 500 high resolution images from the wedding day.

How long before we can view our photos?
Within 3 weeks (21 days). You'll receive an email link to view your images online on your very own, password protected gallery. Images can be downloaded for social media and shared with your friends and family.

How far in advance should we book you for our wedding?:
I Recommend booking between 8 and 14 months before your wedding day. New Orleans is a top destination wedding location so the longer you wait, the bigger the chance your date will already be booked.

How do we book your services?
Check my availability for your date by sending an inquiry. A retainer and a signed contract is required to book your wedding date with me.

What happens after we contact you?
Once you hit the submit button on the contact form, your inquiry is carried over the interwebs, all through the Googles to me at Once I receive your message I will respond back!
