Frequently Asked Questions

What is your photographic style?
My wedding photography style is a blend of photojournalism, candid, and lifestyle. Most weddings require a blend of these styles. While the make up artists are working on you and your girls, I am completely candid and photojournalistic. During formal photos, I'm more hands on in creating group photos while styling and posing you and your new family.

Would you describe your working style?
During bridal prep and ceremony I try to stay as unobtrusive as possible; Letting the moments of your wedding unfold on their own. During formals, I'll engage the subjects and get through the images as quickly as possible. (This is where a shot list comes in handy.) During the wedding reception we are a bit "all of the above."

Can I give you a list of shots I want for my wedding?
Totally! Some brides give us lists of photos they'd like, and some don't. It's whatever you prefer.

How many photos should we expect?
Every wedding consisting of 6 hours of coverage and up will receive a minimum of 500 high resolution images from the wedding day.

How long before we can view our photos?
Within 3 weeks (21 days). You'll receive an email link to view your images online on your very own, password protected gallery. Images can be downloaded for social media and shared with your friends and family.

How far in advance should we book you for our wedding?:
I Recommend booking between 8 and 14 months before your wedding day. New Orleans is a top destination wedding location so the longer you wait, the bigger the chance your date will already be booked.

How do we book your services?
Check my availability for your date by sending an inquiry. A retainer of 50% and a signed contract is required to book your wedding date with me.

What happens after we contact you?
Once you hit the submit button on the contact form, your inquiry is carried over the interwebs, all through the Googles to me at Once I receive your message I will respond back!
