Boutique Hotels
New Orleans has had a huge surge of little boutique hotels pop up around the city. Their interior designers are top notch and many have SO MANY cute little areas for photos. The hotel locations can lead to a real chill vibe to your images which is always a plus.
Marigny / Bywater
Taking a walk through the Marigny Bywater area can deliver some pretty incredible images. I really dig the homes and businesses down there. There’s also a bunch of new murals popping up since the city has changed their regulations on them which can be super cool to include.
Your Wedding Venue
Maybe this one is obvious but you chose your venue usually because you love it’s look so why not make the most of it!?
French Quarter
Who doesn’t love a stroll through the French Quarter? The French Quarter can give you some great background options. We can walk around finding buildings that match the colors of your wedding, clothes, whatever.
City Park
New Orleans City Park is absolutely nuts when it comes to engagement sessions. The moss in the trees, the super old oaks, stone bridges, AND there’s even a BEIGNET Shop!
BONUS Location
Choosing a location that is important to you as a couple is IMO one of the best options. A place you frequent while you’re in town is awesome. It adds so much meaning to the images and adds something to it when you’re looking back at the photos (that you hopefully printed) in 20+ years.
